The plants you put into the ground can be affected by lack of adequate rain as well as any watering restrictions that may be put in place from time to time.

4-Don't be afraid of color and don't limit yourself by using only one or two colors that you love. Think of complementary colors not only in the flowers but in the leaves. Their textures and shades can be just as beautiful and if you don't use them to their fullest potential you are going to be missing out on the depth that you see in professional landscapes.

Come up with a design that you are not only in love with but feel comfortable enough to pull off.
